Real People, Real Progress

Learning about investing isn't something that happens overnight. We've worked with people from different backgrounds who took their time, asked questions, and figured out what actually works for them. Here are some of their stories.

Starting from Scratch

Fiachra Dunphy came to us in early 2024 knowing absolutely nothing about markets. He'd read some headlines, heard friends talk about stocks, but the whole thing felt like a foreign language.

We started with basics. No fancy jargon. Just clear explanations of how markets work, what risk actually means, and why diversification isn't just a buzzword.

By autumn 2024, he'd built a modest portfolio. Nothing flashy. But he understood what he owned and why. That's the part that matters.

What Changed for Them

1

Confidence

They stopped second-guessing every decision. Understanding the reasoning behind investment choices made a real difference.

2

Perspective

Market fluctuations became less scary. They learned to focus on long-term patterns rather than daily noise.

3

Clarity

Financial goals shifted from vague ideas to specific plans. That made tracking progress much more straightforward.

Niamh Gallagher discussing her investment education experience

I thought investing was only for people with economics degrees. Turns out, it's mostly about patience and being willing to learn. The webinars helped me understand bonds, and honestly, that was the breakthrough moment. Everything else started making sense after that.
